with the upcoming price drop on the DJI phantom 3, better to build or buy?  was planning on doing the KH250 build

Two totally different platforms.  I have both; Phantom is a camera platform, 250 is for flying fun.

I have both styles and using the DJI is like pulling out my Nikon SLR to take pictures VS using a phone if you are doing filming from a quad. With that said the KH250 style is much more fun to fly.

 

Do you want to do great solid, high quality movies or do you want fun to fly and movies is a side bonus? Thats the question.
