G+_George Kozi
Something worth considering. This is practical tech. And no, it doesn't have a display. Originally shared by Troy Liput They've got the crowdfunding page up on this one, and in 3 days they've already reached 542% of their goal. As a longtime CPAP user, if they can make this a reality, I will be (literally) a much happier 'camper' - no need to lug large battery packs to SCA events or camping trips, and no more having to juggle packing my CPAP on business trips. The "Platinum Founder" level is going fast - that gets you 90 of the devices when released (they are planned as single use items), and some other swag. Worth a look if you're a sleep apnea sufferer! http://igg.me/p/airing-the-first-hoseless-maskless-micro-cpap/csgp/440744
G+_Debbie Wright
Too bad it's a single use device. That's a lot of trash that doesn't appear to be recyclable. Probably good for occasional travel use but a lot of waster created otherwise.
G+_David Mayes
Sometimes I wonder about crowdfunded stuff. If this device worked, it wouldn't need the funding since there is such a huge market.
