It looks like I ordered the 'raw' version of the Flip 1.5 flight controller. I'm going to have to solder on all those pin headers, and I have the soldering skills of a chimpanzee :(

I'm curious where the  power distribution board is going to go-- underneath the frame?

In that  case you might want to add nylon spacers to the parts list. Also, servo leads, a battery strap and a receiver ( unless one still has the receiver that came with the FlySKy available.)
