DeRieux IV Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 (as taken from the linked article) Harvard law professor, Tom Downey -- did say that it falls under fair use laws protected by freedom of speech. -- However, I would think that Yelp could sue, not just for slander/libel, them for the fact that they committed copyright infringement by using the Yelp name without permission...
