So, I'm tuning my quadcopter, and I've run into a couple of interesting observations and I'm hoping for some feedback:

First, on my first frame, the quad had a habit of turning counter-clockwise occasionally for no apparent reason. Usually it was just a few degrees, rarely much more. I assumed it was related to my one dodgy motor - but the problem is much worse on the second frame, with the new motors.

Second, after trying to tune my PI settings, they're actually much higher than the defaults - has that been anyone else's experience? (This is on my FPV250 frame with the KK controller.)

On my FlySky T6, the sticks didn't center correctly. MultiWii was showing them to be centered around 1520 (instead of 1500). I used the trims on my radio to get all the channels as close to center as I could. That stopped the drifting and yaw problems I had.

I think the KK just shows you a 0 for center, with positive and negative numbers for the direction. Check to make sure they are at 0.
