G+_George Kozi
Jason Howell Megan Morrone You guys talked in the first segment of yesterday's news about the Microsoft numbers, and you concluded with a "meh"... who uses windows anyway, kind of thing. In the second segment, you talked about developments in VR, and noted that all these will need some serious hardware to run on... At that point I LOLed... That serious hardware needed to handle serious VR games can today only be one thing: (ahem ahem) a Windows PC. n.b. By serious games I'm not talking plants versus zombies, or flying pigs, but VRMMO's.
G+_Steve Kluver
I'd say the OS is irrelevant George. It's the hardware that is important. VR will be running along side multiple operating systems. Think graphics cards, chipsets, and RAM. These are in all machines, regardless of OS.
