So, yes, this is a terrible photo - but the little black dots are the swallows that were swarming my quad yesterday - the camera was in still-photo mode so it was only taking pictures once per second, but these guys were spinning and swirling all around me, mostly chasing bugs but every now and then diving towards the quad and veering away at the last second. I guess they were trying to chase it away from their bugs.

I have the same problem. Birds will buz my quad. I don't know why. I wonder if they do perceive the quad as competition.
