Trains are not too bad to convert being that you can electrify all your rail lines and change your diesel rolling stocks to electric ones. Planes and ships could still be needing to run on fossil fuels at that time. If Europe decides to invest in a hyperloop network, then it can shift some of the trips by plane to the hyperloop. But, that is reaching into the realm of far fetched. We have to consider that transportation in the Netherlands is intermodal with heavy use of bikes. Using the car would be done for longer trips when needed. So it may make sense as technology advances. But it is not a complete eradication of the use of fossil fuels.
