So, a question for everyone: What's your favorite LiPo brand? Are you still using Turnigy? Luminere? Something else?

Personally, I haven't found a compelling reason to switch from Turnigy batteries, but I don't have any experience with other brands, either.

Agreed, all of my Turnigy batteries from the original projects are still working fine, so no reason to switch.

The one thing I'd >like< to find are some batteries that are more compact - since my quad is only 175mm, 2200mah batteries stick right off the butt of the quad.

Well, at the weight of my quad I was hoping to get something in the 2000+ range. I looked at Nano-tech but, while they have better power characteristics the nano-techs actually weigh more and are bigger than the regular turnigy batteries at the same power level.

Oh, I understand - that's why I said they have different electrical characteristics - but i don't think you can get a 25C nano-tech battery.
