G+_Anibal Perez
My Android phone NEVER had it installed, so no need to waste time uninstalling it
G+_Leo Allen
"....and it let me do it"?? I don't understand why this is a selling point for a Windows Phone. Am I missing something here?
G+_Ben Reese
Leo Allen perhaps a slam on Android? On Android you've been able to remove - or at least disable - apps for a while.
G+_Leo Allen
Maybe that's it, Ben Reese?. But I've had Android phones for years now and have never owned one, nor heard of one, that didn't allow uninstalling Facebook.
G+_George Kozi
not on the lower end phones. Isn't Leo always complaining about "cruft"? Some of us don't dish out several hundreds every two years for a shiny thing.
G+_Leo Allen
George Kozi?? what? What's "cruft"? I don't recall complaining. I was just honestly confused by your post and was simply trying to understand. For the record, I've always thought Windows Phones are great! Not knocking them or complaining about them in anyway. I just didn't get why uninstalling Facebook seemed to be a big deal to mention.?
G+_Leo Allen
Wait - are you taking about Mr. Laporte?
G+_Curtis McDonald
My BLU R1 HD didn't come with Facebook, and it only cost $110. It did however come with all the Amazon apps, but they all can be removed. There are a couple of non Android apps though that can't be, so I understand the posters comment. Is it something major to make me jump ship to Windows or iOS? Nope, as those platforms then come with their own set of compromises.
