G+_Stuart Davies
Warning quadcopter stuff. I am planning on building my first quad, using an fpv250 frame. I am going to use a flip32+ flight controller from ready to fly quads. My question is, what pins headers should I have fitted and should I have the OSD option? G+_Mark Lutze
The pin headers kind of depend on where you have clearance in your frame but the 90 degree headers generally make for a cleaner build. I wouldn't worry too much about any FPV stuff if you're just getting started. But I would recommend you look at getting the Bluetooth adapter, and you will want to be able to tune it out in the field. With the Bluetooth adapter you can use an app on your phone and it makes it very easy tune. But I think there is a different Bluetooth adapter you're using Apple phone versus an Android phone
G+_Stuart Davies
Thanks. Will definitely look into Bluetooth adapter. Have an android phone. Is there an app for tuning?
G+_DeWayne Shorts
Check out Ez-Gui
G+_Mark Lutze
I use ez-gui and love it. Btw you don't need a Bluetooth adapter, you can use an OTG USB cable and plug the phone directly into the controller. But Bluetooth makes things so much easier.
