Since most android devices use an ARM processor, and most windows applications are compiled for an x86 processor, you're unlikely to find anything that will do what you are asking.

You can use Splashtop to connect to your desktop.

Splashtop works pretty well, except for dealing with the small screen on the phone.

Why? Android/Linux has just about every application plus a windows machine has and needs less power, it's kinda defeating the point.

Rich kusek than maybe you should ask him to get an app-version of this software or use a windows terminal server (doesn't matter if you use commercial ones like splashtop or citrix or simply go for a more open version like plain RDP or VNC over the internet and maybe a SSL or SSH tunnel.)
