Having an automatic flying drone that can't avoid obstacles seems more dangerous than flying a drone FPV beyond line of sight. This leaves so many questions!

Wayne Hobbins? and if you look at the Kickstarter Brian shared, it has been done. Other than not being as pretty and having a shorter flight time, it looks like a better option.
