Robert Ballecer, SJ Jeff Jarvis Originally shared by George Kozi You guys kept bashing the EU for trying to regulate the tech giants... Meanwhile, we got Net Neutrality "regulated" into our politics, and you, the "less regulation more freedom guys" do not... so... "how do we explain the paradox", he asked, with cable AND fiber brought FOR FREE to his house, and with about 30 ISP's and many more bundles to choose from ... https://twitter.com/MikeElgan/status/933392494280056832
G+_Black Merc
What is the difference if one's identity gets stolen, which way will prevent the theft of or help the person recover their life? People... Focus on what matters.
G+_Harry Maciolek
Net neutrality sounded good, but if George Soros was for it there must be something deeply wrong with it.
G+_Dave Trautman
Harry Maciolek that’s just ridiculous! Someone you hate is in favour of something and that automatically makes you hate that thing. You sound like a five-year-old. Grow up and use your brain for once. Don’t let other people do your thinking for you. To read the rest of this post insert your credit card ...
G+_Harry Maciolek
Dave Trautman I didn't say I hated it, but it's support by a truly evil man who is attempting to foster hate in my country makes me suspect there is something I'm not seeing. It would be the same if net neutrality was supported by Vladimir Putin.
G+_Black Merc
Harry Maciolek the real problem (imho) is that laws are written in double-talk-lawyer-speak that the average person cannot tell what the real intent is of the law. Is it going to protect you, or just make things worse for all.
G+_Harry Maciolek
Black Merc Either way the ISP's will find some way to screw us over.
G+_Black Merc
Harry Maciolek? ISP's have allways had us by the short and currlies... Be it a proxy to see all we do, limiting the ports we can use(for so-called virus protection), or not providing the bandwidth they claim. From them to sell us as a captive audience is to be expected. They all know we cannot find an alternative to their 'service' without incurring a hefty bill to have some other ISP(in my location I have one 'high-speed' or dial-up). G+_Dave Trautman
Harry Maciolek, I will understand if you think learning more about something is a waste of time when you could be more happy attacking public figures because of stuff other people have said about them. Or, you actually invest some time into learning some actual facts about the world you share with the rest of us. hackernoon.com - More than a Million Pro-Repeal Net Neutrality Comments were Likely Faked To read more of this comment, please insert your credit card.
