Do you guys know how to set up g+ better than me,, I want all my subscriptions to appear in my news feed but only get notifications from know how... Is that possible? I primarily use the mobile app for iOS, and I don't want my iPod going off all day unless its something from twit/kh

There should be a bell under the Community cover art to the left.  If you click it, it will turn "On" notifications for this community.  Make sure it is "Off" for the other communities.

 

I think that should do what you want.
