Get the players of past deals to own up to what they promised us(high-speed to everyone) or they get benched on the next round of FCC reallocation of spectrum/right-of-way or access to future gov. contracts. They(and other contractors) have taken millions/billions and more of taxpayer money and not fullfilled (to the letter)their side of any deal. Sorry, mho.
