G+_Robert Blank
Originally shared by Robert Blank I just got the latest Android? version of Google Maps? that allows me to view location history timeline. When viewing my timeline, tapping the date at the top will pull down a month to let me choose a particular day to view. Some days on the month show with a white number on a solid dot and some show with a black number on s white dot. Both days with a solid dot and a white dot contain location data, so what is the difference between the two?
G+_Neil Sedlak
I don't have it yet, but maybe those are days with pictures? I saw that picture integration was part of the update.
G+_Robert Blank
No. That isn't it. I have days with pictures occurring on both solid dots and white dots. I also have days without pictures on solid dots as well as white dots.
G+_Neil Sedlak
Black dots days have complete information, while white dot days have a question for you about places you were at.
G+_Robert Blank
Thanks. That's what I gathered. After combing through my location history, I started seeing the pattern of only white dots containing questionable data.
