G+_Michael Shada
What can I say? We live in a 3rd world country, (the United States). Slow Internet service. Some of the worst and most expensive health care, unless you can afford it. The MOST unsecured credit/debit card system in the world. One of the Worlds WORST education systems. The WORST gun control laws in the free world. And the list goes on and on...
G+_George Kozi
Michael Shada My neighbourhood supermarket is an AlbertHeijn. About six months ago. they ripped out all the checkouts but one, and replaced them with self checkout units. You shop normally, and at the end you scan the products, you pay, you bag the stuff and you leave. I only spoke to a supermarket worker about two times in this half year. There are about 10 spots to self checkout, and randomly, the system drops in a check just before you pay. Then a worker comes to you with a handheld thing, and scans 4 random products that you already checked out. this video is in Dutch, but it shows the tap-to-go app setup and the shopping with it at a supermarket in A'dam.
