Are there any good tools to test the latency, jitter, speed, and longer term reliability of a link?

Are there any good tools to test the latency, jitter, speed, and longer term reliability of a link? I could use ping and iperf, but I was looking to troubleshoot a bit more, in particularly testing the suitability for VoIP or video.
