G+_Garage Geek Guy
New Gmail - I've had it for about a week or so now. Still hating it. Is it just me?

G+_Jeff Stevens
Eh. No, it's alright. i still hate the new compose interface, though. HATE. It puts different options in each corner with no praticular logic to which goes where. Very foolish.

G+_Jimmy H
The tabs aren't just tabs. Google puts items in the tabs that look like email messages, but they aren't real emails. I feel that it is just a matter of time before that it forced upon us. Then we shall start using the email app instead of the gmail app.

G+_Charlie Oliver
I love it! So much cleaner, and I can look at the stuff I want to look at when I want to and the stuff I need to see is constantly there.

G+_Lon Seidman
I turned off the tabs after about 10 minutes. I already had filtered a lot of my mail and found it wasn't necessary for me. Priority inbox has been great for me.

G+_Greg M
You can either remove the tabs altogether or remove the promotions tab. The messages that would of been placed in the promotions wind up in the primary tab except for the promoted ads.

G+_Garage Geek Guy
Aaron Jaeger Totally agree with you on the ads - as long as it is done well, I like ads. Keeps things "free". As a matter of fact, I am sure to watch ads during YouTube videos for content producers that I like.

G+_Jimmy H
But it isn't just the ads, it is how it jumbles your emails that it thinks are 'promotions' into that folder, to mess it altogether to make you look at their messages.

G+_Jimmy H
I don't want to teach it anything, I want one inbox that works like always. A good reason to keep your own domain name to use as your main email, so you can forward it to any email service you wish. :)
