I’m setting up a light box and I have a strand of 3528, my question is the bottom conductive, i do see some some traces on the bottom but I’m thinking the glue should be good, i want to stick them to some foil tape.

I cannot comment on your LED strip since I don't have it, but if you're worried, put kapton taped in between to act as an insulator. Or any number of other materials.
