G+_Franklin Joseph Ambo
I have a question for you guys here. Do you use an anti virus/security app on your phone, if so what would you recommend?
G+_Mark Stronge
I use Google play services, you probably have it already

G+_Feiris Wheel (Pat)
Not worth the money or battery drain IMO
G+_John Mink
Nah, Google locks down Android pretty well. Unless you're sideloading untrusted apps I struggle to justify anti-virus. Frankly, I'd rather use apps to monitor usage (app, data, battery, so on) and use that to see if there's anything wonky. also, I don't store anything on my phone (exclusively) so if I need to nuke my phone it's not a problem apart from the time to setup everything again. G+_Jan Scott
I recommend not side loading without being sure of the apps pedigree or installing any apps of a sexual nature . . . :) Otherwise I can't see the point. Had one on and all it did was block an app I wanted (it was VLC beta) and would not let me override it. It was uninstalled within about 30 seconds. G+_Franklin Joseph Ambo
Just like to thank everyone for there feedback , I'm leaning towards not installing an anti-virus/security app. beside downloading app's from the Google Play Store, the only other place i get app's from is the XDA website. I don't sideload from anywhere else.

G+_Brent Skaggs
I'm new to Android and I use Clean Master, is this OK to use. It seems to really help with freeing up drive space.
