Something I have been wondering about for the TWIT network, how much ad revenue do you get for people who watch the back catalog of shows. Thinking more about the TWIT specials than anything else. If it is large enough some of the shows that are harder to keep going week to week, might be better off as specials.

Instead of doing a full on gaming show week to week, maybe do a launch lan party or maybe just cover the high points of gaming in a special. Or mini series special. Gaming is just one idea, I know some are calling for more maker and electronics shows. Instead of doing a full show every week. Why not make it a monthly show. Where each month one project is done. Film a few progress this far spots and then edit them together for a show.

Example: April's project could be making the old mac mini into a retro game machine. Have a special at the beginning of the month about what your going to do and what tools you will use and so on. And then film some progress spots for in house ads. And at the end of the month you showcase the finished project.

Post the finished video to youtube so people could come back to it when they choose.
