G+_Shooter_FPV (Shooter_FP
So it's been a while since I posted here... been building a bunch of drones and things... Back at Christmastime I 3D printed an R/C F1 race car for my son for Christmas. Well, due to the awful New England winter we had, and with life getting in the way, we haven't had a chance to take it out... but it's out now... my son is surprisingly good at it. He spins it out on purpose, and gets control back quick. Here is a video from today...

G+_Bruno Barr
That's pretty cool. Did you guys also "make" the car as well (like an arduino kit)?
G+_Shooter_FPV (Shooter_FP
Bruno Barr No... it’s a typical RC car. Everything is 3D printed except the motor, ESC, servo and battery.

G+_Todd Barnard
Schumacher skills there! Hope you have some spare tires printed, Ken. I'll be shopping for a printer this fall when I have more time.

G+_Jeff Gros
Good job Ken! Father of the year! I also wanted to tell you that I thought that pokeball you made was really well done. Keep it up! :)

G+_Shooter_FPV (Shooter_FP
Jeff Gros Thanks! Glad he really enjoys the car. He is doing an invention camp this week, then he’s doing a few of the free Apple Camps next month. He’s loving it
G+_John Sullivan
I vote that Ken Jancef replace Father Robert on Know How.
G+_Shooter_FPV (Shooter_FP
John Sullivan Well, there's 2 problems with that... 1. There's no replacing Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ, and 2. I'd love to do it, but I couldn't be any further away, continental US wise... I'm in Rhode Island... if they want to fly me out.... lol... I've probably built more drones in the past 2 years than Padre has built in the 6 years or so that he's been there... I'm addicted to building them.. lol
G+_John Sullivan
Ken Jancef re: Problem 1: True, but someone needs to do it. re: Problem 2: Skype
G+_Shooter_FPV (Shooter_FP
John Sullivan Hey, I’d jump at ANY chance to contribute to the show... for all the knowledge I’ve gotten from the show, only makes sense to give back. If they got drone shows coming I’d be there...
