G+_Henning Andersen
What is the best app for android for downloading and watching video-podcasts? I would like: -automatic schedueled download of unseen/heard episodes -syncronisation between devices, to know where in the episode i left of and wich episode i have seen -preferably free Thanks! G+_Jason Honingford
I use BeyondPod, but I give it a 3 out of 5. I end up just downloading them to the computer at work to listen to them, since my car doesn't have an AUX.
G+_Jeffrey Smith
I use BeyondPod, too. It does just about everything you want except sync where you are in an episode. It syncs with Google Reader, so you can synchronize watched episodes. It's free for a couple weeks, then it drops down to a version with fewer features. I paid for the full functionality. G+_Jagannath Moorthy
Is there a good podcast player app? While podcasts are mp3 files and the music player plays them just fine, the issue I have is that the player does not remember the last played position. This is a feature that my Nokia n82 from 2007 had. The podcast apps don't serve the purpose because they require you to download the podcasts on the device. In my case, I use iTunes as I need the podcasts on my iPod as well and don't want to download them twice, rather I just sync the iTunes music folder on to my nexus. G+_Cole Brodine
Beyond Pod also can sync with Google Reader, although it doesn't sync position. I wish there was a way to sync position between Beyond Pod and Google Reader so I could pick up the video stream at home where I left off on my phone. G+_Ralf Maseratis
Jagannath Moorthy Any audiobook player should remember last played positions on MP3s. I use "Mort Player Audio Books".
