In it they mentioned about being slightly OCD when it comes to monitoring space and apps you don’t use etc. Enter: https://freemacsoft.net/appcleaner/ I don’t know if any of you have mentioned it before but just in case you have not here it is. Most people think it okay to simply drag and drop your apps in the rubbish bin and it gets rid of the app, this is true with the exception of all of the support files (though not all apps drop files in application support etc). When you install most apps some of the data they use are more often stored in your library. But who the heck has time to scrub their library? AppCleaner does. You simply drag any app on it (even protected ones) which require admin password and it sends its feelers out and finds all of the associated files that go with those apps and gives you the option to send to trash.
