chris hoagland I don't think he needs to explain anything. A degree is a piece of paper that tells people you have the ability to think critically. Once you have that, you need to SHOW people that you're willing to work.

 

It's all about being faithful in the small things so people cash trust you with the big things.

Marlon Thompson Oh no!... I didn't meant to suggest that chris hoagland was a troll. He actually asked a good question... "why do we need to do menial tasks if we are capable of so much more?" -- It's a a really good way to start a dialogue about differences in generational understanding of what it means to be "gifted", to "pay your dues" and to "be exceptional." --- good topics for Silicon Valley I think. :)
