Word to the wise, before you attach Velcro to a new battery pack take a clear picture of both sides of the pack so you have any warranty information you may need in case the pack turns out to be bad.  Guess how I know this...

Ouch, yeah, I realized that thought right as I was sticking my Velcro on. Hopefully I don't ever need to use it

Fortunately I was able to get the velcro off the warranty code part of the sticker and got the refund, but I'll know better for next time.
