Tonight I took apart my KH250 drone to add a new connection to the power distribution board, then installed my first version of first person video to my setup. The screen on the transmitter will now see what the drone camera sees. The blue mushroom antenna sticking down is what transmits the video feed. This drone is getting pretty maxed out and heavy, so some of this will eventually end up on a bigger more powerful drone.

Flip the long chassis to the underside, then up your props to 2-bladed 645 props. You'll get an extra 1.2Kg of thrust.

How would that affect my total flight time if I make that change, but don't increase the overall weight of the quad?

Larger props are more efficient. That means more flight time if you fly the same.
