Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ So if I read the FAA rules correctly you basically can't fly a drone anywhere in southwestern Connecticut because it's all within 5 miles of some dinky airport, even if you're flying at tree level - do I need to sell my KH250?

That said, the FAA is clearly out to lunch on this stuff. He was as boggled as anyone when they banned all RC flying for 30 miles around DC.
