G+_Dallam Oliver-Lee
I've been using Friendcaster for about month as way to avoid the Facebook and Facebook Messenger App. It asks way less permissions. I think this is good solution for those who want a single Facebook application that does Facebook and messaging all-in-on. What do you think? Leo Laporte This might be an answer for the last question on The Tech Guy 1117 to the Facebook question.
G+_Randy Hudson
I think you should ask FB questions on FB
G+_Dallam Oliver-Lee
Randy Hudson Well Leo keeps ranting about Facebook Messenger and he had a caller about Facebook on The Tech Guy Episode 1117, but he never put it in show notes. I keep hearing people complaining about FB, but no one has offered an alternate way to access FB.
G+_Duane Swaby
Dallam Oliver-Lee good shout. In trying it out now myself, thanks to your post. Not seamless, but pretty good.
G+_Dallam Oliver-Lee
Duane Swaby Thank you. It might try to bug you first few times for Friendcaster Messenger, but you dont have to use or download it to do FB messages. I'm pretty happy with it. It even gives you choice within the app to favorite certain friends for quicker access to their profile and option to be able to clear the cache.?
