G+_Neil Tsubota
I just finished watching Episode # 94. The 'Father" seems to have missed the point of Pinewood Derby races. These races are for "6-10 year old boys". I have volunteered for over 20 years as an "Official" Boy Scout leader and I know that it is hard for the little boys, parents, (especially Fathers, Dads, Uncles, and Grandfathers) to get caught up in the thrill of VICTORY ! Did anyone record the facial expression of the second and third place children when they found out they lost to a Jesuit Priest ?
G+_Ed Forbes
The others racers were Ford Engineers. No child lost in the races.
G+_Albert Robbins
Ed Forbes So...what you're saying is that it is a good idea to check your facts before launching an attack? ;)
G+_Neil Tsubota
I am not trying to "attack" anyone !
G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
Neil Tsubota There were no second and third place children. The three other cars were designed and raced by the Ford engineers at the booth. I specifically asked that I not race against any of the children because I wanted the derby to be a fun event for the kids. I set a time to shoot our segment while the booth was closed, that's why you don't see anybody else building cars in my shots.
