CMD i is the trick. Open desired YouTube Video Copy URL of Video Open VLC Click "Open media..." In Open Source Click 'Network" Paste URL of Video Click Open Select video in Playlist Enter "Cmd I" to open Media Information window In General tab select the very long URL in the Location box. In Browser, past this URL and Enter When video plays, CMD click (or right click) and select download video. Wait until download is complete before closing window.
