G+_Mike Meyer
Glad to see the quadcopter series start. I'm in the middle of building mine using a 3d-printed AnyCopter frame, so I'll be interested in comparing it with yours. BTW, at $20, your iMAX B6 is almost certainly a clone, not the SkyRC original. Not necessarily a bad thing, but LiPos can be dangerous and should be handled with care. Getting a bad clone could cost you a lot more than you saved by not buying the SkyRC original (~$35). So buy one from someone reputable enough to label it as a clone, then do some tests on it before actually trusting it with your batteries!
G+_Fr. Robert Ballecer, SJ
Yup... At $20 it is most def a clone, bit we wanted something on the budget category. Later on I'll show of my NICE charger. :) Also, we've got two segments dedicated for proper charging and storage of LiPos. :)
G+_Hugh Dinwiddie
I used an old laptop brick (12volts/4amp output) to power my LiPo charger. It works great!
