The Know How episode #58 on how to migrate from iOS to Android, did not have a great music solution for people outside the USA.  The Google Music Manager is not available in my country - Canada.

I found a replacement called iSync Lite.  Run on your PC/Mac and then runs the Android app to sync the iTunes playlist of your choice.
