G+_Jeff Gros
Project Soli. Google's new no touch user interface technology. Steve Gibson giving more technical detail. Wow what a cool technology! I don't agree with Steve Gibson that this will replace the desktop mouse (maybe a laptop touchpad if done intelligently). However, I think it will find many potential applications in the embedded space. The video shows adjusting the minutes and seconds on the watch, which is a good example. If the technology works well in situations where the user is wearing gloves (medical, harsh climate) then this technology will see a lot of interesting uses. G+_Eddie Foy
COOL tech! But like dictation (speech to text) I think it would be annoying. RickRolling with it could be fun though :P
G+_Donald Weller
But imagine having better interfaces for your android wear stuff like watches where the small screen is hard to interact with.
