G+_Vince Donald
Earlier this evening, my son asked me to put in the PIN which I use to protect him against purchasing on HIS tablet since it has one of MY cards on it. Now it is a debit card rather than credit so I have to pre-load it for him but all the same I preferred to have a PIN just to be safe. So what have Google Play done, they've replaced the PIN with a Password - his Google password, now I let him have his Google password so he can log on as occasionally he needs to enter it. But he had no need for the PIN, this was the best way to control the situation, so they've taken a perfectly good working system and made it worse. Also the password does not need to be re-entered for subsequent purchases in the next 30 minutes, this is LESS secure, not MORE. Come on Google, this could mean that I remove the card from my sons account and you will get less sales and I don't think I'm the only one. G+_Lucas Nichols
Just get the prepaid Google play store cards from Walmart or target.
G+_Johan Appelgren
Doubt it is designed for your use-case. In general Android sorely needs parental controls. Microsoft has done a much better job with Windows Phone.
