G+_Richard Sequeira
Is this the end of real estate agents? http://www.smh.com.au/technology/technology-news/serial-entrepreneur-ori-allon-wants-to-disrupt-the-property-business-20130508-2j6wf.html
G+_Dave Bach
I don't see the traditional residential real estate business being wiped away any time soon. There are way too many variables that require a personal touch that can come into play during a transaction. This is going to be a very tough nut to crack and in the end I don't think it will be a better option for buyers and sellers. A great real estate agent is worth every last penny. G+_Zulhaimi Abdul Hamid
Given that I'm not American, I wouldn't know how the market is like to be able to comment. However, this concept sounds like Waze, but this time you are crowd sourcing property information instead of traffic. One benefit is that you may save cost by removing agents from the process. One big disadvantage shall be thousands of job losses.
