G+_Brian Murphy
Just a quick snap of what my cheap tablet is used for - it's dash mounted on my land rover and connected to a cheap wifi obdii reader I have - great for keeping am eye on the engine when towing trailers etc...? #twitkh
G+_Jason Marsh
That's also a great way to get relatively inexpensive infotainment without a monthly subscription. Does it do Bluetooth Audio to stream music to the stereo?
G+_Brian Murphy
Yep - I have spotify on it and the usual Netflix etc (only when parked obviously)
G+_Jason Perry
Is that an emergency hammer on the dash?
G+_Jason Marsh
America is not the only place where such schizoid emergency tools are sold. Like I told my buddy with mental issues; if you hit hard enough that the seatbelt locks you in and the car bursts into flames, you're not going to be conscious when you're burned alive anyways, so all those emergency tools will only turn out to be a waste of money. Oh, and put your damn seat belt on! You think you're gonna surf the center console during a rollover?
G+_Brian Murphy
Yes it's an emergency hammer - it's not there to get me out of the Jeep - it's there to get me into someone else's car that's in trouble - I'm Aux Fire Service and part of a rescue unit.
