In your opinion, what is one realistic way TWiT can improve the network?

Is there absolutely no way to view TWiT on the Xbox, either through a browser or a podcast download of some sort?

According to Leo Laporte, an Xbox app costs over $100,000 to build because Microsoft wants you to develop it with their help.  Apparently Rev3 decided to do it on their own and then ask Microsoft for approval, which they eventually did receive.  Anyone in the community know Xbox app development?

I'd love to see a European expansion. Have a news show from Europe with a focus perhaps on local tech events/startup scene etc. Here in Dublin the tech community is very much alive and I'm sure it's the same in other hubs across the continent. Some form of show focusing on us as opposed to New York/California would be very cool. There are already a lot of European guests, so perhaps use them to give a real European sense on the industry.

D Allan It seems like often the rerun schedule isn't known until they are actually aired.  I guess they could update a schedule once they queue the reruns, or just stick to a system (like airing reruns in the order they were recorded).

What I would love to see (may not be feasible) is a separate podcast that is the entire unedited day, giving me a rerun of the day whenever I'm ready.

Steve Birchfield Pocket Casts works great for watching/listening to TWiT on Android after the fact.

As far as live, I use StreamFurious for listening.  Can anyone offer a good solution for watching live on Android?

I would like to see a more international perspective, but can only see this happening realistically with a european (or other) studio as  the sponsorship that drives the show is heavily region based. Also the contributors tend to come from a similar predictable vviewpoint. Having presenters outside of the same tech social bubble would really add to the quality of the shows.

I like using my Podcast App of choice but I could see a use for having a Podcast App setup for the TWiT network. It would make discoverability easy for the less technically inclined that listen to the shows. More and more listeners are primarily interested in mobile devices and this would be an easy area to develop.

Good question Chris!  With Rev3 outdoing TWiT in pretty much everything the only way I see them surviving is to merge with another company like Rev3 :(   I have watched TWiT for a few years now.  I have watched the oldies including TechTV and even CNET TV (on Saturday mornings) before that so I have seen all there has been of this type of network.  There is no way TWiT will survive on its own :(  I sure hope I am wrong.

Mark Coburn -- Don't take this personally, but you're REALLY wrong. TWiT's revenue is higher, profit margin WAY higher, and their engagement is more valued by advertisers. They're also growing faster than Rev 3. --  Rev3 is a great company and they now have Discovery behind them, but It's exciting times for TWiT.

Eng. Jorge Santana Well... TWiT doesn't SPEND money... it INVESTS money. $100k on an XBOX app that will, in all likelihood, NEVER recoup that investment is a bad deal.

Rev3 has Discovery behind them, which means they have access to sunk-cost resources of the Discovery network. We may dabble with an app, but it's not a priority.
