G+_Jason Marsh
Awesome channel, awesome video, awesome people. It takes some geekery to drill down to where precisely you'll be able to view such an event as an ISS transit during a solar eclipse, but you don't have to have such chops yourself, as there are plenty of others who do have them, and love to share, like the SED channel. The SED channel always has something cool. We also really enjoyed the bullets vs. Prince Rupert's drops videos. The wife and I travelled up to Missouri to watch the eclipse, and we gave out some glasses in the campground we were in. The older couple next to us were really impressed by it, as were we, even though we were just outside the zone of totality. It took some searching and calling many, many campgrounds to find one that had room, and we wound up settling on Sikeston, which was projected to have 99.48% totality. Good enough for government work. 2024 will be better, though. We'll get totality right at home.
