G+_Reed Hanson
So I checking my usage on my Win10 box, and noticed an executable called HappyCloudServices.exe. I must have downloaded this with a game I play, it is used to stream games from the cloud and is a plug-in for firefox. I noticed it because of the the huge number it had beside it. Luckily I am on a plan that has a higher limit cap on it, but for those that are capped below 250 GB. Be sure to uninstall this before it hurts. G+_Travis Hershberger
Do you have a more recent ATI graphics card? I ask because they're latest driver software includes a piece that records all DirectX things that happen. It just happens that it has an auto-upload feature as well (it's off by default, don't everyone panic!) I'd double check those settings if you've got an ATI card (I think it's called Plays.TV, but I'm not home to check currently.)

G+_Reed Hanson
I have a Nvidia card, but I did notice, that it was linked to Lord of the Rings Online. It might be their version of everyone's favorite, keep your game up-to-date, software. Only this does it behind the scenes.
