G+_Mark Harry
So apparently the twit mugs don't handle dishwashers very well :-(

G+_Nick Young
I think they need to be much more selective on the products they put their name on. They went a bit merch crazy for awhile there and got some cheap stuff made. They seem to have realized their mistake and cut back a lot on new merch schemes. G+_Mariposa McNabb
Triple ditto. Glad I read the label. I would be willing to pay for an etched version.
G+_Wade Watson
That's an example of faulty screen printing by the vendor. I hope Lisa is watching.
G+_Liz Romero
Unfortunately we were not aware that the mugs were hand wash only :( we have not brought back the sale of the mugs for this reason. Sorry for the mug that lost its gears! Any suggestions Glenn Rubenstein?

G+_Beckee Williams
I still think that pins (like they collect at the Olympics) of the different shows and personalities would be fabulous! I would buy them! Or the button type pins using Martin's poster designs would be lots of fun!
G+_Glenn Rubenstein
Very sorry about that. This issue only affected a relatively small number of mugs. Email your photos to support@teespring.com and they will refund your money. We're working on a few new, limited edition TWiT merchandise ideas at the moment. G+_Glenn Rubenstein
Wade Watson A small number of mugs were improperly fired. Teespring has given refunds to anyone who was affected by this and sent them an email to support@teespring.com.
G+_Glenn Rubenstein
Nick Young-Soares We put a lot of thought and research into all of our merchandise decisions--we always have. Our merchandising goal has always been to put out interesting, high quality TWiT gear at a reasonable price. To that end, Teespring has been an excellent partner and they've stood by their guarantee of customer satisfaction on each of our 3 campaigns with them so far. G+_Glenn Rubenstein
Debashis DUTTA Sorry if you were affected by this issue, please email a photo of your mug to support@teespring.com for a full refund.?
G+_Nick Young
Glenn Rubenstein I understand teespring seem pretty good. But I still believe that it's better to do maybe one thing a month. I think at the start there were too many campaigns going.

G+_Glenn Rubenstein
Nick Young-Soares Since our first last September, we've only done two others. There's never been more than one at a time. We're definitely spacing them out a bit.

G+_Nick Young
Glenn Rubenstein yeah I know it's good now. Maybe it just felt like every time I watched there was some talk of a t-shirt, or mug, bobble head etc. Feels a little commercial. Which is just different from where TWiT started in one room. Guess it just scared me a little. :)
G+_Glenn Rubenstein
Nick Young-Soares We only discuss merchandise because people request it so much and suggest items. We had no idea there was this much demand. Thanks!

Thanks to everyone who suggested contacting teespring. They have offered to replace it.
