G+_Chris Cox
Amazon's got a winner on its hands — in the looks department anyway. G+_Scot Close
So much more attractive than other black rectangles.
G+_Jo Welde
Looks are the last thing I care about. It is going to have something really different and compelling to make up for no Google services.
G+_Chris Cox
Jo Welde That's an excellent point. It'll be interesting to see if sideloading is an option. For some, Amazon could package a lot of company goodies together to make it enticing: Prime, Prime Data, Instant Video, maybe even Amazon Cloud storage. G+_Brandon Miller
It looks like the result of a Nexus 4 and a iPhone mating.

G+_Justin Phebey
Even if it were 40% cheaper than a Nexus 5, I would still resist being herded into their eco system. (40% is the difference in the UK between a Kindle Fire HD and a Nexus 7)
G+_Jason Spencer
If you are all in will Amazon it could be a good choice. I still have the original fire because it's the only portable device I have that can do Amazon Video
G+_Bryan VanDyke
I'd be willing to forgive not having Google services if it had a secondary eink display. Other than that not on the radar.
