The number 3 "social network" is also Google+, a.k.a. YouTube. (These are integrated to some degree and will likely become much more so in the future.) Combined, Google+ and YouTube numbers are bigger than Facebook, although there is probably a lot of overlap. So why aren't your Facebook friends on Google+? The report says what I've been saying for a long time, which is that Americans are laggards compared with rest of the world in embracing G+. From an article on eMarketer: "In the US, Google+ gets limited attention, though its user base is growing. Worldwide, however, Google+ has been much more successful. Given that YouTube was right behind, in use by one-quarter of active internet users, there’s no question that Google, which owns YouTube, is giving Facebook a run for its money in the global social network space." http://www.emarketer.com/Article/Which-Social-Networks-Growing-Fastest-Worldwide/1009884 Props to Hillel Fuld
