G+_Scott Wyant
AT&T will have to update all of their apps that come with the HTC One M7 from AT&T before they will release the Android 5 update. Last time it took about 6 months.
G+_Frank Speer
My question is, if I don't have a SIM card in my AT&T m7, if I am off contract, will AT&T still push the update to my phone via wifi?
G+_Scott Wyant
Frank Speer your phone is still running AT&T software, so I would assume that when it checks for an update, it is going to an AT&T server, chances are, when the update is available, the server will recognize your unique device ID and allow the update. But I could be wrong.
