G+_Robert Carlos
given you can beta cast pretty much any chrome browser I disagree with the limited content for Chromecast since folks have gotten Hulu (no Plus required) and even network sites to work on chromecast. http://www.businessbee.com/resources/news/operations-buzz/buzzbattle-googles-chromecast-vs-apples-airplay-which-streaming-service-dominates-your-tv/?utm_source=gplus&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=news
G+_Michael Haney
Airplay is extremely temperamental. We've got a couple of Airport Expresses here and I use AirServer on my Mac, and they are very touchy.
G+_Paul Rushforth
Michael Haney I agree, the idea that Apple "just works" is entirely contrary to my experience. Though I'm probably holding it wrong!
G+_Paul Rushforth
Yeah, the content argument is incorrect, and also slightly premature. CC has only been out for a week and almost no-one knew about it before. I think there are categories under "stability" and "simplicity" that may be missing. I find "homesharing' a very hit and miss experience.
G+_Stephen Styffe
The important thing about Chromecast is that Google has published an API for developers. Just on this basis, Google has an advantage with the Chromecast over Apple with the Apple TV. The Chromecast will, I'm sure, get more functionality as developers implement the API in their applications.
