I bought this beginning of March, used it (successfully) during some travel in March. Worked great, until end of April, when it would not charge/refill. I have contacted Anker and am sending it back to them in the next day or so.  Notice the many negative reviews on amazon, about the same issues. Bad batch? Not sure.
