G+_Damian Mongru
Just a friendly reminder for those who 'enjoy' Black Mirror and/or anything Charlie Brooker. http://www.channel4.com/programmes/black-mirror/
G+_Mike Zwarich
I tried watching Black Mirror - the first two episodes. I've never watched anything that made me feel simultaneously so dirty and so bored. In reading the Netflix reviews it appears that people either love Black Mirror or loathe it. Chalk me up firmly in the loathing category.
G+_Damian Mongru
S1Ep1 had a bit of tension to it, whilst S1Ep2 is my least favourite with the whole reality show ideas. However, the next episode was one of the best. Especially the idea that being able to review your memories also allows you to view, ponder and over think things you missed the first time around. There is a calling for police to wear cameras (which overall I think is a good idea), but it would be very easy to Monday-morning-quarterback the footage. Anyway, Mike Zwarich it's good that you actually tried it, and found out you didn't like it.
G+_David Pick
I finished series 2 yesterday. The first episode of series two I really liked. Then the show got exceptionally dark like the first episode of series one. I believe this show is not ment to be binged watched. I haven't met anyone yet who has done so and enjoyed it. I was curious if they made a series 3. The photo of Jon Ham answers my question. I will watch it when it becomes available on Netflix. I possibly would pay for it on Amazon Prime if my patience runs out.
G+_Damian Mongru
David Pick Black Mirror isn't really binge-watchable due to each episode being standalone- they can be pretty much be viewed in any order. I agree with you in most parts, there was a lot of S2 where I was intrigued by it, and simultaneously not having a clue what was going on. I am a huge fan of Charlie Brooker, though. A lot of his other stuff is more commentary, and general rants (like Lewis Black) and I find I agree with all of it! (If I get time I'll have a look for stuff on Youtube).
