G+_George Kozi
Mike Elgan Regarding the issue of Google being the judge deciding if certain information is relevant or not... This is about the EU right to be forgotten ruling. Question: Is the Grand Central Station responsible in any way for the accuracy and relevance of the timetables it displays on its premisses? G+_Billy Vaughn
Well, the analogy is a bit different but I think it's a good idea. Someone could easily put a page full of lies about you that shows up when someone types your name in Google. It's much easier to ask Google to remove those link results vs trying to pursue it in the courts to get it removed. Hopefully it won't be some free for all where anyone can request a link be removed. Hopefully they can work out a fair system.
